Control checklist position per Project

With the Smart Checklist Pro app, Project Administrators can manage where the checklist appears for all users within a specific Project.

By default, the checklist is shown on the central panel. To change this setting:

1. Navigate to the Project you are working in → Project settings → Apps → Smart Checklist.

2. Open the “Project Settings” tab.

3. Toggle “Show checklist on the central panel” off if you don’t want it displayed on the right panel.

If you prefer to show the checklist only on the central panel, simply turn this toggle back on.

✅ Changes made here apply to all users within the project.

Control checklist position per user

Users of the Smart Checklist Free app can still choose where to display their checklist.

To change the checklist position:

1. Open an Issue → Smart Checklist

2. Click the 3 dots menu and choose:

• “Keep in the right panel only” - to move it from the central panel to the right panel

• “Show on the central panel” - to move it from the right panel to the central panel
