Use Smart Checklist Templates in Jira Automation by referring to them by their IDs πŸš€

Template IDs

Each template (Project and Global) has its own ID displayed in the template list. Use it in order to operate with Smart Checklist Template in Jira Automation ⚑️

To get Template ID from Issue view:

  1. Open any Issue with the Smart Checklist applied.

  2. Click on the 3-dots menu.

  3. Select Manage templates/Import from a template.

  4. Expand the template you are looking for.

  5. Template ID appears next to the template name.

To get template ID from Project Settings:

  1. Navigate to Project settings β†’ Apps β†’ Smart Checklist β†’ Templates tab.

  2. Expand the template you are looking for.

  3. Template ID appears next to the template name.
