Install Smart Templates

You can install Smart Templates right from the Atlassian Marketplace

OR

You can access Smart Templates at the Project level from:
- The “Apps” section located in your sidebar
- The horizontal project navigation bar

If Smart Templates app doesn’t appear in the horizontal project navigation bar, ensure your Project Admin has added the app to the navigation.

You can also access the full list of templates on your instance at the Global level via:
- Settings → Apps → Smart Templates

To create your first Issue Template:

Create Issue Template from scratch on the Template List:
- Template List → Create template → Add issues/fields → Save Template

Or save existing issues as a template:
- Go the issue you want to save as a Template → Smart Templates → Save as template
