Automation Action: Import Checklist Template

You can now use the Import Checklist Template action in Automation for Jira to import any Smart Checklist template into an issue automatically.

Both Project and Global templates are supported, and you can add multiple actions to the same rule to import templates in a specific order.

In JSM projects, customers can now view checklists in read-only mode on the Customer Portal when visibility is enabled in both Global and Project settings.
